Root Cause Analysis: No data in change analysis

Hi Expert

I have configured RCA on my Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 SP 19

These are Component Information

SAP_BASIS 701 0003

SAP_ABA 701 0003

ST-PI 2008_1_700 0000

PI_BASIS 701 0003

SAP_BW 701 0003

CRMUIF 500 0001

SAP_AP 700 0014

BBPCRM 500 0013

BI_CONT 704 0002

ST 400 0019

ST-A/PI 01L_CRM570 0000

ST-ICO 150_700 0018

ST-SER 701_2008_2 0005

My Solution Manager have 2 client (001 -> bi client and 100 -> master client)

I have configured the RCA on client 100.

Host Analysis, System Analysis, workload analysis, exception analysis work fine but I can't see any data for Change Analysis.

I checked the Extractor FWK for my managed system and "E2E_CCDB_TO_CUBE" work fine.

Job "E2E_HK_CONTROLLER" and "EFWK Resource Manager (01 Minute" work fine.

Can any one help me to resolve this issue?

What can I do in order to see data on change analys area.

Hi,

Since all other component are working fine... I suggest you make some sample cahnges (like Import a request, change a parameter) and then chek if CA is working.
