how can i create a delivery document without creating a billing document (not relevant for billing)?

Your requiremnt is not that clear..still in VOV7 u can make item category (TAN) as Not relavnt for billing(Billing Relevance-Blank)...
Or u can remove the item category from copy control in VTFL.(delivery to Billing)..

Hi Ahmed,
You can use Free of charge item category (TANN) in that case.
Go to VOV4 --> Assign your item catgeory TANN.
So you need to create the delivery but no need to charge.
