Travel request- overview (Mail/ fax)

Hello,

when I create travel request (TRIP) and save and to to overview to mail it to someone- field Comments is not being transfered in the e-mail.

I get something link this in the attachment (HTM file):

Travel Request NAME- SURNAME, Pers.No. 163866, Trip No. 30000

Cost Center / Company Code ...

Personnel Area/Subarea ...

Telephone Number ...

-

---

I need a lot more data in this e-mail. Does anyone know how to include field Comments?

Hello,

one more question- how can additional fields be inclueded in the overview (PTRV_HEAD is expanded with additional fields) of the travel request and more important- included in the HTM attachement of Mail/ fax ? HTM attachment does not include even all standard fields in travel request (such as comment ). Comment is included only if I put additional destinations in travel request, however in that case Mail/fax attachment then does not include those additional destinations.
