reduce the shipment costs

Hi,

I want to reduce the shipment costs when I create the shipment costs for returned purchase. Now the SAP system is to increasing the shipment costs. I can not create a shipment cost to reduce the shipment costs.

I think you cannot create shipment cost to reduce the cost of previous shipment. If the shipment cost was not settled, then you can just adjust the cost. If the shipment cost is already settled, ask finance people to post a journal entry against the account that the cost was posted to.

Can you please be more clear on shipment cost and the return PO.

Usually Shipment cost will be calculated based on teh Pricing Procedures in Shipment cost procedures and will pull based on the condition records value.

Thanks for your answer. I think SAP cannot reduce the shipment by return sale orders. I still donnt know how to solve the question.
