Zebra 110Xill Plus 300dpi barcode printer

Hi,

Anyone install the below printer in SAP?

I manage to download the SAP zebra BE3 & install in SAP, printing spool sucessfully with "complete" status.

But there are no physical hardcopy printout from the printer itself.

Please advise and help...

Is the printer configured correctly in the SPAD tcode. What is the printer configuration in SAP.

Hello Bobbin, I would like you to perform following checks and come back

- Zebra printer is defined at OS level( I am assuming you are using L protocol in access methods)

- The same Ip address(alias) is assinged to printer in SPAD tcode in host spooler option.

As you said that print request got completed from SAP level it means there is some trouble shooting required from Physical printer end.

Check if this physical printer has the printer driver(out put device type) available.

Hope it helps you in finding out the cause.

Sharath, Per my understanding if Bobbin is getting print request completed status at SAP level it means Processing from SAP end is going smooth(although print request is not getting triggered to physical printer).
