Picking from delivery not possible due to block

Hi, experts,

When i do create transfer order in VL02N, At a time system gives erroe message- Picking from delivery not possible due to block,

Can anybody give me it's solution ASAP,

Go to the delivery header and see if there is a delivery block.Please change that to blank and recreate the TO.

Also double check the sales order if there is a similar block form where it got copied to the TO
