FG price

Hi,

Existing price for FG is moving average. We want to change it to std from the new financial year by creating new material codes. What will be the financial implications & precautions to be observed. Pls brief the steps to be taken.

Hi,

Create the new materials with standard valuation. Do a movement 309 ( with MB1B, MB11 or MIGO) from older material (moving average) for all stock to new material (that in the beginning have stock value 0). You move all stock (quantity and value) from old (Mov Average) to new (standard), so, the price is the same and the value stock will be the same. It's a simple suggestion.
