Hi ,
We are trying to test EBR(Electronic Batch Recording) scenario in our demo
server. For demo/testing purpose storage facility have to be created as per the SAP Note 595563 - Database storage for ArchiveLink.
Followed the steps as per above note and created the repository(Z2), and following are the steps executed after implementing the note,
1.execute Tcode: COEBR
2.Change mode
3. Create Attachment - with document type .DOC
Document got attached
4. Double clicked on attached doc in left hand side
getting the error
Error during import of physical document (Z2, EDA1184CC3FAE11FE1000000AC100219) from cluster table ZCONT_DB
Message no. 1R512
Hope you have faced same error and resolved the error.
Guide me to resolve this error
Thanks, Esha
Hello Feng,
Could you please try to run program RSIRGENT? Then try to store the document once more and try to display it. You also need to be sure that you have not modified node "/sap/bc/contentserver" in SICF.
I hope this helps.
All the best,
Cristiano

Hi,
Error:401 is for No Authorization.
Check with https://<Hostname>:1090/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll/infoServer?
Let me know the result.

Hi, thanks your reply.
I checked the https://dc7900:8000/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll/infoServer? it shows the information as follows:

Hi,
My SAP system was intalled in Windows 2003, there is not httpd.conf file. could you tell me why it need to adapt the port no.8000?
As in your last reply you have tried the link with port no.8000 thats why i told to adapt port no. 8000 in httpd.conf.
During Installation which port you have opted? is it 1090?
The connectivity with SAP Content Server can be checked in two ways:
1) Using Internet Browser on windows from Client System: At Address Bar type-
https://<Hostname>:1090/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll/infoServer?
2) Using SAP Login:
Run T-Code csadmin.
Input the Content Server Detail in the pop-up as :
HTTP Server: <Fully Qualified Domain Name> e.g. abc.xyz.com
Port Number: 1090 (Content Server)
HTTP Script: /ContentServer/ContentServer.dll
Let me know the result now.

Hi Manaswi
Now there is not the error "HTTP error: 401 Unauthorized", I can use 'store business document' to upload a document. In Attachment list, I can see the document, but when i open the document, the system will show the follows error:
Error during import of physical document (ZS, DF412831E54310F1836300215AE714A5) from cluster table ZCR_ZS
the ZS is the Content Repository, and the table ZCR_ZS is Contents table that I created reference table SDOKCONT1.
could you tell me that reason?
