How to restrict actions by status?

Hello experts.

Can you tall me how to restrict list of actions by status in Support Message (SLFN)?

Hi Dmitry,

To restrict actions by status, you have to define a schedule condition for each action in SPPFCADM transaction. You can refer to this doc if you need more help.

Thank you for reply. But I have asked about another functionality.

You speak about automatical processing of action by changing status. But I asked about restriction of whole number of actions defined to Operation by it status. For example, I have 2 statuses (1a, 1b) of Operation and 5 actions (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e).

And I want that when my Operation is in 1a status - only 2 actions (2a,2b) will available (user can select it from drop down list in operation). When one is in 1b status - actions 2c, 2d, 2e...

Yes of course. You have to create schedule conditions for that purpose. I've sent you the link for configuration help, if you need to. Look at paragraph 3 in the document, basically you have to do the same, but with a schedule condition.
