Master Contract SD

I created MAster contact and Quantity Contract and trying to create Quantity Contract and trying to engage with Master Contract but geting this messages--Contract data can not be edited by document type QC-where should I look into

Go To T-Code-VOV8---Select r "QC" and Check it out In Transaction flow "Message Master Contracts" You can check it out ther

When I create Quantity COntract getting the warning message--The Copying routine number of table VBPA is missing in table TVCPA.- Could any one walk me through where should I look into?
