Java system monitoring

Hello Experts, We have ABAP + JAVA systems in our landscape. For ABAP daily health check monitoring we have a specific template. however, Java health check is still not fixed. I would like to know which all Tcodes needs to be included for standard health check template for JAVA.

I do understand that we can do basic monitoring thru SMICM, Jcmon.

Any suggestion like SAP note or standard approach to Java monitoring would be highly appreciated.
