can any one of them ans me,Is there a way to check JOB status for specific client in SM37?

I think SM37 shows jobs for all clients in the system. However, the "Client" field isn't shown.
In SM37 select Settings > Layout > Change Layout. Add "Client" to the list of displayed fields and click the "Copy" button.
If you want to see jobs in just one client, you can then select the Client column and use the "Filter" button to filter on client.
Is this what you mean?

Since I hav admin user auth via extended Job selection I could see job scheduled on all the clients,hence i want to see the job sheduled on particular client..

Hi Jansi,
Didn't get your requirement properly. Background jobs are specific to client. So login to the specific client for which you would like to see the jobs and check the jobs in SM37 on that client.
Please elaborate if this is not what you are looking for.
