Hi,
I have remote SAP System and I connect through SAP GUI with SAP Router String.
I have local SAP System and would like to establish RFC connection between these two systems.
Both SAP System is in different network and behind individual SAP Router.
Is there any way to establish RFC Connection?
Thanks,
Digesh Joshi
Yes, just use the saprouter string on the target host in SM59.

Hi,
Create an RFC connection this way:
SM59 -> ABAP Connections -> Create -> Give RFC Destination as SID of target system in the format SID<CLNT> where CLNT is a client on the target system -> connection type 3 -> Enter a description -> press enter -> Technical Settings -> Enter details for target host with either hostname or ip address and system number -> SAVE.
Repeat this activity on the source system.
Also fill in the SAP router string as suggested. Then u should be fine.
Basisman.
