gw/reg_timeout

Hello,

I changed the value gw/reg_timeout in the instance parameters, stopped and restarted the instance.

But, in smgw, when I list the detail of a registered communication. I see the old value of gw/reg_timeout.

How can I make the change effective

Ps: I have the same problem with the parameter gw/cpic_timeout

Sometimes gw is in an instance of its own...
