adding new characteristic while recording the results

Hi, wants to add new MIC during results recording where as that new mic is not exixsting in quality paln. how to add new mic in the qp plan at the time of recording the results.

Hi,

If you want to add MIC in result record .

In result record screen --Edit --Create addtinal charecteristic where you can add mic as per your requirement..

Just check it revert me back

Dear Yadav,

You can't add MIC's while doing result recording.There is concept called as Quality Planning you have to do that. There are two options :

1) In Quality plan go and update MIC's so that from next lot you can do RR for all MIC's.

2) You want to do RR for additional MIC's for the lot already generated then there is only one option,

go to quality plan and maintain MIC and plan back dated. Then copy insp lot and put it in QAC3

enter and again go back and just save. This will reset the inspection lot specs, now again assign the new plan to existing lot. This works, but not for all lots doing this activity some time is ok.
