Not showing more than 7 pages written in header text for PO

Hi all,

While creating PO, I am writing a long long text in TEXTS section of ME21n. This is lasting more than 7 pages.

Problem is text is 7 pages or less than 7 pages print preview is showing. If this matter goes more than 7 pages than system is not showing any print preview ?

Can somebody put light on it ?

Hi Soni,

I think the reason is that the text is too long: has length more then 176 cm. It beyond the physical limits of table cell's height

(99999 TWP) and can't be processed (note 690836).

The restriction of a Smartform is: Inside of a table a single table

cell cannot have a size, which is longer than 176 cm. If the size of a

single table cell exceeds this limit of 176 cm, you get an error

message.

So if you have a very long text, the Note suggests that you don't print

it inside of a table cell. The note suggests that you replace the table

of the Smartform by a loop. After this the print of the text should not

be a problem. (so you can still use the text node)

To display the long include text you shouldn't do it within the table

node. Another solution - split the long include text for several cells.

Thanks for the reply. Can you please guide me how to put a loop on it. I am very new to smartforms.

I try to tell you the structure which I have for the smartform.

I have Main Window--->

Table for some calculations.

Table for terms and conditions. " These terms and conditons should be repleacd with LOOP I think as per you.

Now how can I achieve this ?
