Hello Gurus,
I am looking for some details on the "Service Agent" that can be assigned in the PO. We are using extended classic scenario and our vendors were created in R/3 and replicated to SRM.
Can you please help me with the below questions:
1. How to create a service agent in SRM?
2. Does it need to be associated with an user Id or just business partner is enough?
3. Does it need to be associated in organization plan?
4. how to assign it automatically or manually in a PO?
