I'd need to know if it's possible to send automatic mails to suppliers, in sap e-sourcing, to ask them to resend old documentation.

My client asked me if it's possible, in SAP E-Sourcing, to:

1. Memorize documentazione in the supplier master data base

2. Have a standard functionality that, when in the supplier data base there are some documents expired, old, there is an automatic mail (or the client can select the supplier to send a mail) which is sent to the supplier in order to ask him to re-send the expired documentation

I know that in SAP SRM it's not possible to save documents in the supplier data base....but I don't know if it's possible in SAP E-Sourcing.

Hi,

I guess it is possible with scripting... you can schedule the time frame for automatic sending of mails with that.
