Inspectionlot can not be displayed

Hello all,

I'm trying to integrate PM with QM. everything is working fine. i can perform results recording via inspection lost with UD etc etc.

Now I want to transfer the QM results to the measurementpoints of the equipments. I have set up the necessary masterdata

- Charateristic (no usage of selected set). it's quantitative.

- Measurement point linked to the characteristic

- MIC also linked to the characteristics.

- create tasklist

- assign MIC to tasklist

- create order with reference to tasklist.

After PM order release the Inspectionlot is created, but when i try to display the lot via the workorder or QE51n, i get the message:

===========================

Usage decision data for inspection lot cannot be displayed

Message no. QV 100

Diagnosis

A sample has not yet been determined for the inspection lot. It is

therefore not possible to display the usage decision data for the

inspection lot.

===========================

So I investigate and indeed no sampling procedure has been defined, but the problem is that all fields are greyd out. I can not enter the sampling procedure in the tasklist. Or is there something else wrong/missing?

If somebody knows...please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help.

Peter

Are you trying to update inspection plan at QP02?

Check the control indicator of MIC @ QS23, "Sampling procedure" check-box should be active. If it is active then you should be able to add SP @ QP02.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!!!

I'm creating a tasklist via IA02 (equipment tasklist) with inspection point 300 (standard SAP), inspection point for equipments.

Forgot to mention that i already tried that. when i click control indicators via QS23 i get the message:

You can only change certain control indicators. when clicking further is get the information:

If the "Sampling procedure" or "SPC characteristic" is set, a change to

the other control indicators can lead to inconsistencies, since sampling

procedures that are included in material specifications and task lists

may no longer be compatible with the control indicators.

Once you have changed the control indicators, you should therefore check

the task lists and material specifications, in which the master

inspection characteristic is included as a reference.

This has the result that the sample procedure is also grayed out in QS23.

Do i have to link the MIC directly to the equipment aswell or do i have to create a material with MIC linked to it??? got no idea by now.

Thanks

Problem solved:

When the MIC is used in a tasklist, you are not allowed to change certain control indicators.

SAP HELP TEXT

Example 1: The master inspection characteristic is either included in a

material specification or in a task list as a reference, and changes are

made without history.

In this example, the following control indicators cannot be changed:

Characteristic attribute

Lower specification limit

Upper specification limit

Check target value

Sampling procedure

SPC characteristic

Test equipment assignment

Calculated characteristic
