What is the meaning of these check boxes (Visible Internally Only & checked out), that can be used in connection to the handling of attachments in SRM 7.0 Portal?
It is same as the text used for internal communication in SAP MM. These attachements are meant for internal use. It cannot be outputed or external partners like vendor cannot view this.
This means attchments are used for internal use only. when you will create BID invitation or PO from the SC these attachments won't be sent to vendor / bidder as mail attachments.
