SRM 7.0 Install - Client 200

SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER was copied to ZGMI_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER role in SMD200. It worked fine there and allowed for the assignment of a company ID in portal. When uploaded to SMQ200, the role did not work. Assigning the SAP delivered role directly in SMQ200 made it work. There is nothing in the ST22 ABAP dump.

I manually created a copy of the SAP delivered role and moved it to SMQ and it still did not work.

Check if all the checkmarks in "Personalization" tab in Role moved as well. We have seen similar issues in SRM 5.0 when roles are transported.

Double click on BBP_SUS_ROLE_ATTRIBUTES personalization and see if the checkbox are moved correctly.
