Budget Availability including Planned total

Dear Experts,

We Created a Project XYZ. Created a Network - Activity and Attached Component. Our Budget is 1000

When we release the PR the system is checking Total Available budget as ( 1000 - Planned TOtal).

Can we make the system check only Budget alone.

Dear Experts,

We Created a Project XYZ. Created a Network - Activity and Attached Component. The Components ( Material Master ) Price is 200.

Our Budget is 1000. ( CJ30) 200 is showing in the Assigned Column in CJ30.

When we release the PR the system is checking Total Available budget as ( 1000 - 200), which is only 800.

Can we make the system check for only Budget . Our Requirement is to Ignore the Material Master Price for Budget Availablity.

That is correct behavior only. There are two option

One is that you remove cost relevancy indicator

second option is OPSC planing tick mark but I will be for whole network.

We are on ECC 5.0 Support pack 10. On Support Pack 13 this problem is rectified.
