What is the difference between Invoiced Quantity and Shipped Quantity

Hi,

I am a SAP BW Developer and currently working in a SD Reporting project. We need to create reports on the Quantity shipped to Customer. Is it advisable to extract Invoiced quantity or Shipped quantity for this purpose. I wanted to know the difference between Invoiced Quantity and Shipped Quantity. Please give me this information since this is critical for the project.

Pleaes go ahead with Shipped quantity only, as Say said, some may have got shipped but not yet invoiced.

I think its better to consider the Shipped quantity because at times an item might be shipped but not billed yet.
