Conflict situation: Unable to execute job

Hi Experts,

I am executing program RSXMB_DEL_TO_ARCH to change DEL flag of messages in PI to ARCH flag. When I execute, I get an error message 'Conflict situation: Unable to execute job'. I have stopped all reorg jobs in the system but still I am getting the same error. What could be wrong?

For XI-Messages that are already processed in the XI-Persist database it's not possible to change anymore whether they are going to be archived or just deleted.
