Employee roles in Charm

Hello,

I'm configuring Charm, and I think I'm getting it (at least understanding), but when I create, for example, a regular correction I find that I don't have users created. I mean the requester, change manager, developer, IT operator and tester roles are not assigned to any user and I don't know how to do it. It is not an authorization problem, but a problem of where I have to say this user XXXX is the developer. Have I to create a business partner for each Solution manager user I want to add/assign a role?

Can you help me, please?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Ana.

Hi

What i understood from ur question is ur not able to imagine in the real life scenario the roles played by IT manager etc

Please go through the following demo file for normal and urg cycle and also it has mentioned roles so you wil be clear and prb wil be solved

https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000872582009E/index.htm

https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000872612009E/index.htm

Note: BP or business partner is the master data to be created once...client specifice and everyone who is going to use CHARMS or service desk will be needing it

Hi,

All the different roles in ChaRM (Partners) need to have a valid BP ID (Business Partner) created for them. If needed, You can customize the different roles in SPRO.

Yes, all the users who are supposed to participate in this process need a business partner.
