How to find user has valid roll for SC in SRM?

Hi,

How to validate user, that user has a valid roll for using SRM Shopping cart in web and gui?

If we need to find any rolls from table can u please specify the tables?

You might also be interested in transaction PFCG. The names of roles SAP delivers in standard begin with SAP_BBP_STAL...

The role for a normal SRM shoppingcart enduser will most probably be:

SAP_BBP_STAL_EMPLOYEE

Note: this is a so called composite role. It contains 1-n single roles. You have to generate the authorization profiles of each single roles contained in such a composite role before using it. SAP_BBP_STAL_EMPLOYEE contains 1 single role SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE.

Hi,

With transaction SUIM, you can search profiles or roles by complexe search criteria.

One of those criteria is TCODE. So enter your TCODE and the system will tell you which profiles are using it.

See table USOBT table for the authorisation obj for a given tcode.Hope this helps...

GO TO SU01 AND ENTER THE USERID AND CHECK the tab roles and all roles are specified there check for EMployee role.
