Apend and apportioning from Nwk to WBS element

Dear PS Experts

I have sceario where we have almost 3000 projects in system where cost planned in the financial year of 2009-2010 through nwk costing has been appended in assigned WBS elements. Due to new deployment of cost planning tool, we need to actually reverse already appended cost from WBS to NWK i.e. I just want all cost originated from nwk costing to stay at nwk level only.

Though we remove append tick in PS config, it can not address already appended old projects. Is there any mean to address this issue? Guys,the guideline at earliest shall be highly appriciated.

run CJEN and check if the append is still there
