SAP Solman MMC is not opening

Dear all,

i have tried to open SAP Solman MMC, i got the below error .

MMC cannot open the file c: \Documnets and setting\user\Windows\sapmmc.msc.

this may be because the file does not exit, is not an MMC console , or created by a later version of MMC. This may also be because you do not have sufficent access rights to the file .

NOTE : i have logged in SIDADM.

Dear all ,

now there is no issue to open MMC ,.

I have checked ABAP WP table , it is showing all the work processes and status for work process is waiting .

The same thing i have checked J2EE process table, it is showing there is no items to show in this view nad its not showing any process.
