Connection Failed in the WEB AS of SSO

Hi

We have Configured SSO in the EP System with the BW System (Back end). But the WEB AS is not Connecting in the SSO. It was connecting earlier and all the input properties are correct. The Other connection Tests (ITS, Connector) are successfull. In the Connection Test of WEB

AS we are getting the following result

Results

1. The system ID is valid

2. Retrieval of the system was successful

3. The system object represents an SAP system

4. The following parameters are valid: Web AS Protocol (http) Web AS Host Name (<FQDN>:8000)

5. HTTP/S connection failed

Hi Soumya,

Please Verify the WAS AS inforamtion : - Go to se37, search the function module RSBB_ URL_ PREFIX_ GET and execute it, you will get the correct WAS information.

Check the WAS As information in the system landscape onject, I think you have selected the HTTPS istead of HTTP. Please change protocal as HTTP and then test it.

Hi Arun

Thanks for your Reply. I have checked the Function Module in SE37 but found some wrong entry there. The URL Prefix and Port is wrongly maintained there. Can you please tell me how to Correct this ? I have also checked the Blog and found that my SSO Object Parameters are maintained properly there. I am not using https there and maintaing http in the Object Parameter input

Hi Soumya

There is no need to modify in the backend, you need to modify Sysem landscape Object WAS AS Inforamtion as per WAS information in the backend and then test it.
