Hi All,
Some tickets in production dont have user status when searched in CRM_DNO_MONITOR,due to some problem in status profile.
Now the problem is solved but tickets which have already been created have status as blank.
When we click on the ticket we can see the ticket in status "Completed"(system status,not the exact user status)
To avoid this i am trying to update the status with the required user status,but i am not able to update the status for closed tickets.
For open tickets i am able to update the status using FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and CRM_ORDER_SAVE.
Is there any way to update the status of the closed tickets?

Hello Akshatha,
Unfortunately, the only tickets that can be modified/updated are the ones that are currently in process. Once it has been Completed, you may no longer be able to update them.
