Hello All,
Currently we are on E-Sourcing 4.4. We are getting numerous emails from suppliers who are having connection issues to our eSourcing tool and it looks like the cause is they are using IE v8. How can we help them with this issue?
And also does the E-SOurcing 5.1 version support IE v8?
Any inputs are appreciated.

yes E-Souircing 5.1 supports IE 8.
What kind of errors/complain you are getting from suppliers ?

Thank you for the response.
The supplier changed his IE version from 8 to 6, which is the supported version for e sourcing 4.4. But he still has problems, this problem is just for few suppliers though.After pressing the login button, no error shows up, just a blank screen.
Please help.
