Authorization for CJ20N - Display only

Hi,

The requirement is to have only Diplay Authorization for all objects in Project Builder ( CJ20N) . How can we achieve this?

Hi

There is a standard SAP role SAP_PS_STRUCT_DISPL for displaying project structure (CJ20n). Check and design as per this role.

Hello... About all this CJ20N display mode... I just assigned the role SAP_PS_STRUCT_DISPL to my SAP user, but I can't even access CJ20N... is there anything else that I should to to get this up and running, besides assigning the role to my user?

authorisation in project builder is based on stndard transactions - so remove CJ01, CJ02, CJ06, CJ07, CJ11, CJ11 and CN21, CN22 etc and you will get only CJ20N with display access

Are you referring to Authorization Object C_PROJ_TCD ?

I am checking Authorization objects in SU24 for CJ20N.

I think that is the correct object

[Makal]

C_PROJ_TCD is correct. You can pass value "A" to Transaction type (TRTYP)
