transportation lanes is zero in SNP optimizer

Hi Gurus,

I got the material A at the plant 9002 (external proc) and two source of supply 9000 and 9002 (maintained T-lines, costs maintained).

Wnen I run SNP optimizer(SNP94), it shows in log that

Total number of transportation lanes: 0

and creates purchase requisition without source of supply.

If I manually put down a number, it shows me two source of supply to select.

What is wrong?

May be you meant to: two source of supply 9000 and 9001.

Now what did you select while taking opti run? Please select all the location (9000, 9001, 9002) and the product, and take the run. Let us know the result please.

One more little question. Strangely SNP OPTzer created planned order with float numbers like 2,5 or 1,6. UOM is ST

How to get it done in integer form ? In ERP UOM is ST

You sure its a float no.? (not A comma) Check with your product master, is there any rounding value maintained there?.. what lot sizing procedure you are using? But it should not be an issue

in SNp table it show

1,455 as 1

2,668 as 3

and it even has been transferred to ERP as float ))

When I try to create a planned order in ERP as 2,668 it gives an error that UOM has zero decimal.

lot size is LOT for LOT

Surprising.. Are you using discrete optimizer? and you have rounding value maintained in loc-product master (as float)?

Hi Evgeny,

Could you please check if you have maintained the means of transport in your T-lanes as this issue can be seen due to missing MOT.

I assume that the info record is not marked for deletion .

Check the purchase inforecords that are used and ciffed to

APO from R/3 if any whether maintained correctly.

Check the application logs.

Try running in background and check the results

Created and CIFed a purch info-record. As a result a new T-line has been created.

Still doesn't work

No T-lines as incoming information

Check transportation lane is maintained with all

like external procurement details

Run cons check in the T-lane by pressing F9

because during your initial run, your SNP

optimiser is not recognising the T-lane

As for external procurement detail, there is no information put since it is just fo rstock transfer between plants.
