Servicedesk: Cannot view my own reported calls

Hi All,

we're implementing the Solution Manager Servicedesk and the implementation is almost complete (7.0 SP20).

I've created a key user for a SAP system and a message processor. The key user can create a new message, and the message processor can edit this message.

But when I logon to the workcenter as the key user, I don't see the messages I've created, even if I change the "show" filter to "Reported by me".

When I logon as the message processor, I can see the message, I update the message and I put the status to "Proposed solution", but still the key user can't see the message.

What am I doing wrong?

The key user has a BP with the necessary ID's and the message processor has a bp of type Employee....so I don't think that's the problem.

It's the key user that can't see the message's he has created...

Thanks! It was indeed an buffer problem for the authorizations...
