Charm - Multiple Developer Assignment

Dear All,

I received a ticket from End user, Now as a Change Manager i want to assign this ticket to multiple Developers. How to achieve this as we have the option for entering only one Developer here. While creating the TP we can assign, but it has to be decided by Change manager while authorizing. Is this possible ?

And what is this Sold to Party option while creating a ticket using charm_create ?

Standard partner determination in ChaRM will only allow you to assign one person on the crmd_order screen. You'd have to modify the standard procedure to add more developer fields. When you create your transport requests from charm you can assign as many developers to your task as required.

Sold-to-Party is the organization that "owns" the service solution.

concerning

- assigning your ticket to more than a person; you have 2 options

- either as Solmaniac said add a custom partner function that will correspond to the second developer

- or enter in the developer function partner a business partner that will be an organisational unit kind

(not a person but a group of people that will contain both developers )

- assigning your TR to more than one developer

- on the pop-up that appears when creating a TR from Charm ( correction or scma ) you can specify as many developers as needed (= number of tasks in TR thats ll be created)
