Error 1935 during installation of BOXI 3.1 on Windows2K3 Enterprise server

Hi All,

Can anybody help me, why am I getting this error when I tried to install BusinessObjects 3.1 on Windows 2K3 enterprise server?

The error is:

Error 1935 An error occured during installation of Assembly component. {303994BA-6487-47AE-AF1D-7AF6088EEBDB}. HRESULT: 0x800700B7.

Is there any other programs are running parallel?

if any of the following tools installed in your server try to stop and remove and retry the installation process.. Also try to stop antivirus and try it..

WebSearch

Easy Installer

System Mechanic

HP Component Manager

This note is for Rel.2 but maybe it will fit your needs.
