Dear All,
I am doing background UD for 03 type inspection. It gives auto ud to those lots whose RR not done or some MIC result is Reject.
This should not happen. Why it is happening?
Regards,
Nitin
It does this because it basis the decision on the status of the production order not the results. If the order has a status of TECO, the lot will be UD'd. I.e. once the order is closed, there shouldn't be any need for any more results to be recorded.
Having out of spec results in an 03 lot is expected by SAP. It is were we test to see if its right. If not we do something else to get it right and test again.
04 lots are supposed to be used for final approval and it is where SAP would expect no out-of-spec resutls and thus forces a manual UD if any are found or not completed.

Hello,
Thatu2019s the standard functionality of SAP! If you want system should not consider these conditions the better way is to go in for lot skipping by dynamic modification rule.
