restore favorites

hallo gurus...

yesterday accindentally i have delete all my centralized users by the solution manager.

now i have restore it, no problem, but all users have lost yours favorities.

i have check the table: SMEN_BUFFC and i have abot 2000 enteries,....but the users don't have restore their favorities...

could i restore in their sapgui all personal favorities that i have in the table (i have export it in xlsx)?!

Hi, can you explain how you "delete all my centralized users by the solution manager" ?

And after how you "now i have restore it" can you explain in details ? Usualy if you delete the user , in SMEN_BUFFC the data releted to this user are deleted also ... Or you delete users using some one badly writen programm? Regards.

Hi Lorezo, OSS Note nr. 882618 could maybe help you. It is very strange that the deletion let SMEN_BUFFC data unchanged.

I hope you solve the problem, otherwise your last chance could be move the favorites from a correct user to others with a report or at db level with sql statements.
