not able to open SLD

hello,

i am not able to open SLD on PI system.

i tested the RFC destination SAPSLDAPI , LCRSAPRFC and moreover the transaction SLDCHECK.

All these are giving me successful results but still i am not able to open the SLD.

I am getting an error "500 Internal Server Error"

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.DeploymentException: Clusterwide exception: Failed to prepare application ''sap.com/tc_sldwd_{main'' for startup. Please suggest me what needs to be done for this.

Hi Kannu,

I am getting an error "500 Internal Server Error

This means the server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Have a look into SAP Notes u2013 804124, 807000 for resolution....

i have checked the SAP note but where to change these parameters

SLD.selfregistration.httpPort"

"SLD.selfregistration.httpsPort"

"SLD.selfregistration.hostName

Do we need to add these parameters in exchange profile.

Hi,

You have to do this in Visual Admin(or NWA if you are using PI 7.1) under J2EE service "SAP XI AF CPA Cache".....ask your BASIS team to do it....

Hi Kannu,

Please check the SLD at http://<host>:<port>/sld or http://<host>:<port>/index.html >> System landscape Directory

I think this issue comes sometimes if there is some problem with server database is full. Please check wiht basis team and free sme space and try again it wil work
