Delivery cannot be deleted

Hi,

Completed invoice we are trying to reverse it.

Excise invoice, commrcial invoice cancelled -> PGI Reversal-> packing & picking-> reversal.

When I try to delete the delivery I am not able to delete the delivery and I am getting the below message:

This document cannot be deleted

Message no. VL 066

Diagnosis

The document cannot be deleted because none of the document items are deletable.

Possible causes include:

Document items have already been invoiced

Document items have already been picked

Document items have already been packed

Document items cannot be deleted because of the processing status in the WMS

Document items cannot be deleted because of the goods movement status

Document items cannot be deleted because the document is from decentralized WMS

Please let me know your inputs to correct this. Your valid inputs will be rewarded.

Please reverse or delete the transfer order for this delivery. hope this will help.

Hi Suresh,

As u said u have reversed everything but check for the overall STATUS of the delivery, it should be ' A' & remove the picking Qty then try to delete once.

Hi Suresh,

As you said, you have already reverse everything after that also system not allowing you to delete the delivery.

Then 1st you need to go through the notes given below.

Note 442523

Note 694160

And also you can take your ABAPer help, ask him to delete the delivery in background and see where the program fails.

Hi,

Check the HU and Packing material for that delivery. If u maintained it first detach them from the delivery.
