1. For system copy information please refer following notes
Note 547314 - FAQ: System Copy procedure
Note 89188 - R/3 System copy
2. Also find this link more informative:
3. You can also find sysetm copy document with step wise information http://www.basisconsultant.com.
Firstly please check whether you have sufficient space required for restoring the prodcution data on to the quality system.
You can go for tape restore or export/import method, basing on your convenience.

Hi,
As your PRD DB Size is not so big, You can perform Remote [Client Copy|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm32/helpdata/en/99/0a2a887e2511d2a6250000e82deaaa/frameset.htm] from PRD Client to QUA client. First Perform test run before executing actual Remote Client Copy.
The Test run file log will tell you about the possible difference in the Source and Target Clients, the space required at Target system to complete such Client Copy...etc. If the differences are found during such Test run, then you will have to do the required adjustment accordingly by copy the difference.
The client copy log SCC3 can be refereed upon any error found during such client copy runs.
Also, make sure that in Target System enough Disk space is available to create copy of PRD Client. Such space requirements also depends on the Client copy profile which you will choose.
Also ensure that the Archive Log destination is having sufficient space so that the Archive Stuck situation can be avoided which is well known during such loaded DB Activities. As an alternative, You can disable Archive log mode in your QUA system's Database only during such loaded DB Operations after taking consistent DB Backup.
You can refer following reference links for the same.
