can we delete mass delivery in bulk?

can we delete mass delivery in bulk? if possible pls explain in details

hi Vicky,

Go to VKM4 t.code and select only delivery documents check box. Execute and select the required outbound deliveries and give reason for rejection by clicking on reject button and save.

If suppose you want to create again delivery document for corresponding sales order then goto sales order and delete the reason for rejection at item level.

I need to delete the delivery not the order, but while deleting delivery in VKM4 T-code, i am facing the error as Order also deleting in the same time.

I want to save the orders and need to delete the deliverys.

Kindly guide us.

Hi Vikas,

One way of deleting the deliveries in mass is

1. Create a delivery group using Transaction "VG01"( Based on shipping point etc...).

2. Archive them using the trasaction "VLAL" (Object name :RV_LIKP)

3. Then delete the deliveries in mass using "VASK".

i agreed with u but can it possible at user level. we can't do at configuration level. is it posiible otherwise we have to go thr BDC

Hi Vikas,

I think its better to go through BDC way or write an LSMW . I don't think there is no provision to delete deliveries in mass.

Hi Vikas,

You can select the deliverires from LIKP table using filter criteria like sales org/shipping point etc... and once you get the deliveries list, check the bliing status(VBUK-FKSTK < > C) NOT EQUAL TO "c"and then delete the deliveries. Kindly please let me know If you need any more Information on this.

Create a new recording by going to SHDB. This should work for you. Any way If you are not sure, Take the help of Abaper. Kindly please let me know if you need any more information on this.
