BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER - PR to SC SRM

Experts,

I'm using process controlled workflow in SRM 7 for SC approvals, using also Badi to define process levels and appovers. It's working fine. Now i'm transfering a purchase requisition from R3 to SRM using FM BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.

I notice that the standard behavior is that the SC is auto approval. In BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI if i clear fileld " ls_header-subtype " the workflow triggers but unfortunately i can not mention the approvers for that approval schema.

I simply doesn't pass in the Badi that gives the approval agents. Do you have any ideia how to make this process similar of creating a SC directly in SRM ?

Is it possible to have wokflow for this situations although is not standard behavior ?

if the Purchase request released then only SC will created and transfer to cockpit with approved status.

why do you require DUAL approval.?
