Hi,
Can any one send list of errors usully comes in FILE to IDOC Scenerio?
Thanks in advance
Regard,
Neeraj
HI,
It depends-
1) If you are not configured Logical Systems, RFC destinations, Port etc correctly, then you will get many Runtime Exceptions. Errors like"Adapter MEtadata not found,Reciever Determination error" etc. So maitaining Port and metadata is very much important.
2) If you change the idoc structure, you need to reimport and refresh the IDX2 entry. Otehrwise you will get error.
3) Runtime Mapping Exception- If you are not able to generate target structure correctly. It depends on complexity of the mapping
4) As Michal told, if you are using Multiple Idocs of difefrent types then , in BPM steps you may get errors. Like MultiMapping problem or message is not coming out from the BPM etc
5) Then imporatnt one is, if you are using File Content COnversion, you must take an Extra Care to get the correct valid xml out from input CSV or any text file.
Hope this helps,
regards,
Moorthy

Hi,
it deeply depends on your scenario:
if you use BPM and you create many
idocs from one file you may get some BPM exceptions
if your mapping was done in a way that
it cannot handle simple errors
you may see some mapping errors
if you change pass in to rfc to r3
(the one that is used to post the idoc)
you may see auth errors
if your you use some more sophisticated
receiver determination (with conditions)
you may see recever det errors
and many many more...
this is highly related to your scenario
and the quality of your intefrace development
and interface administration (pass changes etc.)

michal
