error code -2147024893

hello,

I've got a problem in the instalation of SAP.

When i proceed iI've a message telling me that " i can't access to a program" and the error code is the following 2147024893. Moreover I can't log on.

I tryed 4 times to uninstall and to install the full program but there is nothing to do. I don't think the file is corrup or damage because it worked with another computer.

May you help me.

Hi , i can't understand are you have complete installation or not ? Try to check the

DRIVE:\Program Files\SAP\SapSetup\setup\ folder --> NwCheckWorkstation.exe

this will give you the errors during installation (some missing files , usualy if 1 or 2 files are missing you can copy it from installation media manually).

Alsp how you doing uninstallation ?

1) Uninstall on ADD-OR-REMOve all products installaed (frontend gui and BEX for example) after delete the SAP folder in \Program files, and SAP SHARED in \Program Files\Common Files\

in regedit delete HKCU\Software\SAP, HKLM\software\sap

Restart the PC and try new installation. REgards.
