Hello everyone,
I would like to customize the Incident Management workcenter by adding customer specific fields.
I know it is possible in SAP GUI through the Easy Enhancement Workbench, but as it appears that the screen appearance in workcenter is not linked to the screen profile you can define for SAP GUI, i'm a little bit confused.
If a staandard solution does not exist, what are the best practices ? Copying the Webdynpro application ? Standard modifications ?

This is a known problem from long time for which there is no customization.
now you hav to go for Double or 2 times development
1 sap gui ..development
2 webdynpro development
for e.g if you added a new field to ur SAP GUI by EEWB than it can't be seen in Webdynpro or workcenter and you have to go for webdevelopment
