CIM_ERR_FAILED: Can not create instance defining additional property

Dears,

We are trying to transfer third party technical system from Dev to PRD by export and then SLD->administration->Import but

we are getting error:

com.sap.sld.api.wbem.exception.CIMException: CIM_ERR_FAILED: Can not create instance defining additional property InstallationPath: //piprd/sld/active:SAP_ApplicationS

ystem.CreationClassName="SAP_ApplicationSystem",Name="File_Dummy.SystemHome.dummy"

Please suggest.

If both systems are at exactly the same CIM level, then check OSS Note 1045423 - Warnings and error messages during SLD import

Hi,

You could proceed as follows:

1) Import the latest CIM model 1.5.42 as per OSS note 669669

2) Repeat the import

3) If import error persist repair the namespace as described in SAP

Note 1093168.
