EMERGENCY!!! Mapping program is not available in runtime cache

Hello,

i'm working with SAP PI 7.1

We build a syncronous interface Soap -> PI -> Bapi

Interface worked correctly until yesterday at 17.41.

From this time all messages sent to PI have a error:

Mapping program is not available in runtime cache: Object ID 7DBF8DDCB7593EEBA7CE8DD533EDDA8D Software Component 8AE70C30149311DFC4FAEA2EAC100053

I already try to save and actyvate mapping

I recreate configuration step

I already made SXI_CACHE

I already made CPA cache refresh and mapping refresh

But worse situation is that.... 5 minuts ago i notify that one more interface stop to work for same problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP!!!!

Hi

Note #1263224 is valid for PI 7.10 (valid for all XI releases). Do you get the NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND error?

on the end...

the problem was not on PI Cache.

in BAPI there are a error and we had a dump.

So in case of dump in program then we have this error in PI

note 1263224 refer to XI 3.0 and not PI 7.1.

is it possible that the BAPIs on the receiver side have been changed and thus the mapping isn't working anymore. Or did you reimport the signatures?

yes BAPI was changed but i reimported structure.

And i re-saved all aobjects: Mess Mapping. Op. Mapping, etc etc

something might have messed up with the server....contact the BASIS team to confirm that the server (java stack) is not having any issue.
