Scales of rebate not working

Hi all,

when creating a customer rebate,

I put the scales but when the invoice value is higher then the 2 nd scale value,

the system doesnt pick up the scale value.

Its a value scale.

Any sugestions?

Just for confirmation, I want to ask have you checked the box in the places given below.

Sales org.

Payer master

Billing type

If you checked the box already then you are looking for rebate in order or billing?

Please confirm.

Hi,

yes ,I have checked and its fine.

The system determinates the rebate condition in the billing document,

but doesnt look at the scale value-this is the problem.

Hi Luis,

Go to V/06 --> Select your rebate condition type --> Click at details --> In the scales column > Field "Scale basis" should be "BValue scale"

and field "Check value should be Ascending or Descending as per the scales given by you. Please check carefully and then try your process again.

Hi Luis,

can you check again field Qty conversion in tab Control data 2 is check on or off,

if check on, it mean capture by quantity not value so that you need change field Scale basis is C : Quantity scale
