Loaddata ADODB.Fields problem: Item cannot be found in the collection...

We installed IDM 7.1 SP4 and get the following problem when we try to change an entry type or attribute:

Method: LoadData

Source: ADODB.Fields

Error: CC1h (3265)

Description: Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

Has anyone experienced the same problem and can provide a solution ?

Regards,

Juergen

Check your ODBC and JDBC connection strings. ODBC can be tested via the TEST button, JDBC can be checked by running the dispatcher successfully in the TEST mode.

Good suggestion, there was a problem with my oracle thin ConnectionString.

I fixed it however I still have the same problem. My guess is a mismatch in the database version and identity center version.

I'll get back to this.

Ok. Did you install the new SP without running the database update script?

Have the same problem, I guess it is related with database config. Keep you posted on this one.
